We are a full time, full service real estate team with Coldwell Banker Realty. Kim has over 31 years of Real Estate experience, originally in Ohio, then Kansas, New York and for almost 15 years in Sarasota, Florida. Kim is a licensed Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker in Downtown Sarasota. Vi has over 30 years experience in retail and retail management, but joined Kim as his partner when we moved to Sarasota as a Sales Associate.

Kim vacationed in Sarasota since he was a little boy, traveling annually to visit Siesta Key. He worked for the Sarasota YMCA while in college. After we were married, we continued to bring our family to Siesta Key, until moving here permanently in 2005.

Kim’s favorite saying is: The nicest thing about living in Sarasota is: “We do not have to pack and go home.”
